I seems to be losing weight in lumps and then I flatten out, Flu is on way out and felt well enough to get up and tear into house. As an award to myself I lit a fire using one of those fire logs, once it was burning merrily along when I went to add coal and it exploded out on my arm and breast, I've got several bad burns so have to attend the doctor tomorrow, Think there is a jink on me at moment but telling myself that I was so lucky it was not my face as I was kneeling down putting the coal on.
Now I def know I'm a comfort eater as all I wanted to do was eat the choc my son got me that I have HIDDEN in the freezer. But I held out and had my dinner, Pasta and homemade turkey meatballs.
Wish I always felt so fucus

OMG...so sorry to hear of your injury.
Yes, better it where it landed than on your pretty face! Good job on not taking in the chocolate. I commend you for that!

I am so sorry to hear of your injury! But so very proud of you for maintaining your focus and ignoring that treat in the freezer. You take care, and hopefully the burns will heal quickly, w/o leaving a scar.

Hi Carmel... Thats terrible... But you tested your strength. Just like you I comfort eat and u didn't,,, Thats just great... Well done. I hope that you got on ok with doc and that you will be well soon..
