Well here I am again.....sitting at 192. It took me about a week to get through 195 and down to 192. So I am hoping for at minimum the same results. Then I would actually hit 189. Wouldn't that be awesome. I am taking a bit of a different approach this time around. Following everything perfectly and allowing myself one cheat day on the weekend. It has made progress slow, but I am still making progress and I am happy to be able to sample a bit of the food I love once a week!
Every day I am working out. It differs what I will do but I am plugging right along.
Let's see where I am at on Friday!
