Well last night I did an hour step class followed by a mile and a half bike ride (8 laps) - more on the bike than I have ever done. IT WAS SO HARD! But after I did it I felt amazing. My legs were weak and shakey but it was so worth it. I was actually faster than my 160lb, in shape sister! I was stoked to be able to one up her for the first time in my life. Haha.

Tonight we are all going Roller Skating for my cousins birthday! I am stoked!!!!!! Such a good workout and its so much fun!!

I know it is a beast LOL but its so fun! I remember I went when I first started WW or right before and I could barely do 2 or 3 laps without stopping for a breather. I am excited to see how much I can do now that I have been working out!
