I went to bed last night and suddenly I felt hungry again. I have been feeling hungry for 7 days now. So today I am welcoming back an old friend of mine which is called "yoga abdomen waist band". I feel that a robust, well made waist band is the only thing which actually works for cheating hunger.

Yesterday I tried cheating hunger by drinking 3 times more water than I usually do. This attempt sent me to the toilet 8/9 times in a day as opposed to 3 times a day; twice being during my sleep and I do not like to have my sleeping hours disturbed.

Goodbye hunger! Welcome back cellulities (which is the side effect of waist bands)!
