quick question....do you guys thing that wendys chili would be ok on phase 1? thanks in advance!

Well, the large one has 300 calories and 7g of sugars, but it doesn't seem too bad to me. I probably would have done it if I had had that idea when I was on Phase 1.

wendys chili is good on any phase as long as you eat a salad or veggies with it to slow down the absorbition of the sugars...

Dear buddy, I would stay away from anything made in a fast food restaurant...again, that's just me. I just don't trust the ingredients used. - That's my honest opinion. Now, if you've studied the nutritional value and think its all right, then enjoy! :)

i have used wendy's in a pinch a couple of times and it has not affected my diet or increased my cravings...for what it is worth

In order to maximize the benefits of South Beach's Phase 1, you should eat clean by preparing all your own meals. I agree with others that in a pinch, Wendy's chili (small size combined with veggies and salad) isn't detrimental, however, straying from any meal plan just once very often leads to straying again. I speak from experience, which is why I am back on Phase 1. Best of luck to you! =)
