Never a bad idea to get a check-up, but do you weigh consistantly? Do you weigh after/before eating, drinking water, going to bathroom? Do you vary your salt intake from day to day?
I usually get up, hydrate, do what I have to do in the bathroom, run, and then weigh before re-hydrating. That way I'm not weighing water, or last night's cheeseburger. Doing this, I still get a 2-3 fluctuation daily, esp if a lot of salty food are thrown into the mix.
Sorry if the post came off crude....just want to put in my experience so other's can think about what they are weighing if they weigh daily also.
