Great ride with the group today... not a difficult ride (not many hills) but we did drive a pace coming back. About 37 km lots of it on grass and dirt tracks. Some on concrete paths. The short burst going up to the headlands are hard little sprints too. Certainly got the heart rate up and the legs working. I deliberately pushed my legs quite hard coming back too... making them work to build some muscle fitness. Good to be on the full rides again after a long spell off last year.
Came home, had a shower and am resting... don't think I'll be doing a lot for the rest of the day. I'd like to have mowed the lawn but all too hards just now.
