My weight is 73.1 again. I think the lower weight was because I was dehydrated and not indicative (after indulging in red wine the night before!) I think I am best off to record it just every 2 or 3 days in the morning when I am confident I am hydrated etc. I need to be under by 974 calories a day if I am to achieve a further 2 lbs per day which is the challenge I have started. 0.9 X 8 weeks is 7.6 kg which is about right... I want to be 66 kg.
