Anyone else notice how their weight lags behind behavior? I gained weight today because of crappy eating a few days ago.... I really think I would perform better if I could see some immediate results.

Seriously, wouldn't you run 3 miles a day if you magically could zip your jeans afterwards??
148.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
