Ok. Either I am not doing sdomething right or what my mom said is true, your body has a certain weight that it is supposed to be and when you reach that wieght, you stay there. Either that or I am at that age where my metabolism has slowed WAAAAAYYY down. Geez, I thought that I would at least be below 140 by now. I only have 5 days and 15 pounds, there is no way! Well, maybe I can lose at least 5 more, I am crossing my fingers!!!!
140.1 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have also heard that I don't want to believe it, but it might be true! I was told once by a Dr. that I am very big boned and might never weigh what I want to weigh because of that, but I am still pushing and striving for my goal! Hang in there, sometimes you hit a plateau and you have to change things to kick start it again! You can do this, just keep pushing!

I have also heard that about the body - and I'm not exactly sure how true it is because when I had dieted after having my second son, I got stuck @ 135 lbs for a long time and then I switched things up and dropped down to 117 lbs. You are doing great - don't get so disappointed and take it one day at a time. You might not reach your goal in 5 days, but you have to remember how much you have lost and be very proud of that. Keep up the good work & be proud of yourself!!!
