Three days off and I'm back to work tonight! I recovered from the 3 crazy nights and hubby is doing fine. I am sticking with BBL and already noticing results! I feel pretty good today and only have to work tonight then I'm off until Tuesday. The excess water weight hasn't completely left me, and I suspect that due to very sore muscles, I will see a few extra pounds for a couple of days yet.

I've also been tweaking my eating plan just a bit based on the amount and type of exercise that I do for the day. I'll see how that goes and keep tweaking as needed.

I can't wait to reach my 20 lbs mark because I want to buy some girly bath products that I've had my eye on! Those will be my reward instead of food.

I ate prime rib and a salad last night with 2 MGD 64's. Apparently since I have eliminated all wheat products (due to a suspected sensitivity), I was miserable stuffy, bloated, and just felt bad. So, I must continue to eliminate all wheat products and be sure to portion control even when eating out. So noted!
