One month down, I did my 30 day fit test and I did phenomenally. I am ecstatic about my progress, and while the next serious of videos looks like absolute craziness, I'm so excited to see how far I can come in 60 days. I wanted to have my low carb pasta this morning, but I stuck to my guns and had chicken breasts and pesto instead. I'm definitely getting tired of all this chicken, but I have yet to make it to the supermarket. I'm planning on having my favorite grilled chicken tomorrow from the Portuguese place since I'm supposed to workout w. an old friend and introduce her to the awesomeness that is BeachBody and working from home. She's a gym rat, and I'm slowly showing her that she can get into shape without spending a fortune on personal trainers. She wants to have dinner and is on a diet too, so I feel like the best thing to do is go prepared--grilled chicken is a safe food for both of us. I was supposed to do my fit test tomorrow, but I did it today since it would be easier to not have to do two workouts tomorrow, one with her and then still have the fit test to get done. I was thinking of doing another workout, but I may just scrap that idea. My legs are still sore from last night and I don't want to overdo it, I went really hard today, I thought I was going to throw up from the first exercise so maybe I'll just chill out. I have to check my calendar and see when the Max Interval portion starts, don't want to overwhelm myself too much when this should be my recovery week.
