It's been 4 weeks since I started and I've lost a total of 8 lbs and I can already see the difference. My pants are starting to sag a little and my shirt aren't as tight. Even my friends and family have noticed. My fiance put his arm around me the other night and said, "Wow, I can really tell you've lost weight." Made me feel great and motivated me to do even better.
