This year I will be 30 years old and I've told myself a lot of things are going to change. My boyfriend of 8 years and I are getting married this year and are going to start trying for a baby by the end of the year. I went to my doctor to make sure that when the time came to start trying everything would be okay and the first thing he told me was "You have to loose weight!" I've struggled with my weight my whole life so I'm hoping that this will get me pumped to finally do something about it.
