Hi ALL, 3 days ago I started a liquid only diet so as to loose some before i start with exercising...I am taking 100 calories USN protein shake 2wice a day,2 sachets of Knorr Weigh less Cup a soup with a dash of butternut and gelatine to thicken,unlimited cups of herbal teas,2 cups of sugar free jelly. According to Fat secret,I should be eating about 1600 cals a day,but am doing way lesser...PLEASE ADVISE!! i JUST NEED A QUICK DROP OF AT LEAST 30KG'S OF THE 112.

There is no safer crash diet than Rapid Fatloss Diet by Lyle McDonald. On your diet you are likely to lose muscle mass, lose energy and quickly fail at the diet. Better, safer options available.

Have you tried the HCG diet I've lots 4kg in 2 weeks. It's difficult but worth it
