I gained 5lb in febuary/march...It took me 2 weeks to lose it. When I start gaining weight I stop and ask why am I gaining weight... Am I walking less,eating more. Then I ask why am doing those things...I'm an emotional eater. that means to me I eat when I'm happy,sad,angry hence I can always be eating, but mostly when I'm stressed & anxious. Febuary and March where harsh I was tired emotionally physically. I was tired of the cold,snow etc....I was tired of putting on my winter coat boots etc... I tried to tone down my eating but it was hard so just gaining 5lb pounds was great because it cold of been more. I didn't eat as much Junk as I could of...

I find the key loosing weight is to know why you gain it. I kown I gained the most weight when I was with my abusive ex. I was always stressed and anxious afaird how he would react to what ever I did or said. He hit me a few times but basically it was verbal and emotional. So I always ate plus my ex eat really badly too...Now I'm out of that Relationship and a year later I met my soul mate. He treats me like a woman should be treated. with respect love. A plus with him is he eats healthy and little portions so we often share our meals and he pushes more fruit on me. He's also physically active.
272.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 72.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
