Restless, crumpy, and not very accepting of this day. Work is consuming my life!! Didn't think I could bare spending time logging food after being in front of a computer screen all day. Glad I did it anyway.

Work can be consuming....just hang in there! I had three horribly busy nights this past week and all I wanted to do was sleep. But I pushed through, logged my foods, measured and packed my lunches/dinners, and still exercised in the afternoon before work. I hated every single second while I was doing it, but I knew it was best for my body (my body who just got me through three 12 hour nights). I know it's painful to spend more time on a computer when you just looked at one all day long, and I'm so glad you did it too! Keep pushing through!!!
