I am 53 year old professional women, mom and grandmother looking for support in her renewed commitment to health. Since 2010 I lost 53 lbs, by eliminating granulated sugars, white flour and meats. I've slowly re-introduced granulated sugars and gained 11 lbs over the last 6 months! Time for daily food diaries, routine exercise and social support. This looks like a good place to start.
