Lost one pound this week. Is this the curse of the second week dieting or because of following my program poorly? I think a little of both. Know I could've done better eating. At least I didn't gain weight or stay the same! Very pleased.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
