Healthy grocery shopping done! Put away, all produce is washed and prepped-ready for snacking :)
spent the afternoon with mom and sister-been trying to talk sis into being a 'diet warrior' too cuz I KNOW she'd be happier losing some lbs-But I understand you have to make up yer own mind....
I'm glad I made the decision to lose it because I feel soo great just with 20+ lbs gone....have a ways to go BUT I'm doing it :)
