Hello! My name is Kim, I will be 38 years old in December. I am the mother of two daughters (15yr-Cory and 5yr-Joey) I am currently going back to school for my BA in nursing (I am currently an LPN). I also just recently quit smoking, which was the hardest thing I have ever done and am still doing. I am doing a wonderful job of not smoking. I did use Chantix (for one month). I have known about the Type II Diabetes for sometime, I have been in denial. Thats enough for now.

Well, you've taken the first step!! Congrats on quitting smoking ... if you can do that, I'm sure you can kick this diet thing in the rear!! Good Luck!!
