No loss this week. I'm kind of surprised, but yet I'm not. The beginning of the week, I logged what I ate. While I stayed in my own guidelines I didn't lose any weight. I do weigh myself daily but don't log it on here as I like to look at the weekly number. I traveled Thursday & Friday, I did my best to eat sensibly I know I ate a lot of peanuts Thursday night. I did do something different for a change. I went down and used the hotel gym. I walked for 30 minutes at 3 mph and I used the free weights, then went for a swim. I had my grandkids over Sat-Sun. While I tried following my program I know there were a few things that I ate that may have put my carbs over my limit. I'll be back to measuring and weighing all my food today and look for progress next week! I have goals to meet!

Oh yeah, kind of a joke on me. I ordered the new skirt as a reward for losing 10 lbs. It must run large. It fit. I wanted a size smaller so I had to work for it. Deciding if I want to return it for a smaller size of just keep it so it won't be so snug fitting. I ordered 2 additional dresses and they are too small.
168.2 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
