I lost 2 lbs this week. Not as much as I had hoped but not a gain, so I am OK with that. I will continue the same practices, counting carbs and calories and my exercise. I traveled one day and didn't count and I didn't count yesterday. I was thinking maybe Sunday would be a free day. Today is a new day and a new week! I have goals I want to reach! Onward!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
