Manage to keep on 500 calories a day untill Friday as it was my last day of term. Went totally bonkers on Friday but can't say I regret it too much as it was the plan anyway. Hopefully I'll be able to keep today low even though I am eating out for lunch at a local Indian. I'll just try to lay off the naans, popadoms and dosas and stick to the salad. That mango lasso might be hard to sacrifice though...
