Whew, I decided to try out Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred yesterday...needless you say I didn't make it half-way through and my legs and belly are killing me today!!! I definitely need to give it a try again today, I know it is best to go ahead and push through the whole work out, but I just couldn't make it, hopefully I will soon though!
