i'm so depressed and worried. i ate white rice for 3 consecutive nights and thou it wasn't so much but still, it makes me feel i gained back that 2 kg i've lost for the past 20 days. i have to go back on my exercise routine immediately! tsssss. and most importantly, WHITE RICE DON'T EXIST!
