So I just got a scale for at home so I can weigh in more often...all my friends are angry I got a scale and are like the scale is the devil but to tell ya the truth it keeps me motivated so if that is all it is for me fine. I understand it is more about how you feel and how your clothes fit but trying to measure myself over and over again is kinda hard

Sometimes the scale can make u jump for joy... other times it can make u want to cry. Its really all up to you if you want to weigh often. My scales were broke when I started this diet and I'm actually glad cuz Id probably be all depressed if didnt lose a lb every couple days. I weigh once a week @ my grandmas who has doctor scales. Its exciting when get on em and have to keep moving em down n down. You do what keeps you motivated!!! We're all different and have different ways to go about it. GL!
