Have actually exercised (walked on treadmill) 3 days in a row. I have walked 2.5 miles the last 2 days. It really does make me feel better to exercise. Just can't understand why it is so hard for me to keep motivated! Hopefully, the scale will show my efforts next week!

That's great!! Keep at it! And keep in mind that as you increase exercise you will increase muscle which weighs more than fat. So, if you dont see a big change this next weigh-in, dont quit!! This will help you in the long run burn more fat and lose more. Keep it up!! ;-)

Thanks! I didn't walk today and probably won't tomorrow but plan on getting back on the "belt" on Monday. If I can do 5 days a week I will be very happy. Hope you are having a great week!
