I started following If It Fits Your Macros (iifym.com) on March 19th, after hitting a plateau with my mostly vegetarian diet. I use google sheets as a free spreadsheet, accessible anywhere, to track my food info. I already own a small food scale.

This is my running average of fat, carb, protein consumption per day: 101 g fat, 230 g carb, 177 g protein.

Most of my animal protein has come from shrimp, with fish on Saturday, March 25th.

I am on my way to meeting my monthly goal of walking at least 50 miles.

I am on day 4 of my 8-day challenge to walk 4 miles a day for a total of 32 miles.
300.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 78.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
