Ok, let the honesty begin. I will now be accountable for everything I eat and I will commit to working out and running at least 5 days a week because I want this weight off again, once and for all.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
