I used to be active & eat very healty. Then just before I turned 40 I went through a divorce and started binge eating and started eating anything I wanted with unlimited restraint and whenever I wanted to eat. After living a sedentary lifestyle and not being careful of what I ate I went from 138 pounds to my highest weight of 217 pounds. 5 years ago I started trying & get off track & quit. So I have stayed around 200. Now I want to be serious about getting healty.
