Suspect I hit a low potassium/sodium wall yesterday. I new something was up as I woke up with a slight headache and ear ringing later in the morning. Took in a cup of broth but by Noon lightheartedness and dizziness set in. A little internet research I was off to Target during lunch to get some potassium gluconate due to this artical: http://www.lindora.com/faq/i-often-feel-dizzy-when-dieting-what-could-cause-this/. Learned something new and back to normal today. Theory on what caused this situation: Back-to-back days of vigorous cardio exercise. Basketball and jogging. No more back-to-back days of cardio for me and also going to start taking my real, non-gummy and smelly men's multi-vitamin daily. 93 mg/dl
