Blood Sugar this morning was 104. I have lost 27.8lbs as of this morning. Still working 7 days a week and working late hours at that, so not enough time to go to the gym lately. But low carb diet and moderate physical exercise I am getting at work is getting it done. 17 more pounds and my daughter and I will start this whole process over again. I am amazed at how much I can eat and still lose weight. Truly it is about learning what you can eat, and being willing to give up those things that are not good for you. At least for the most part. I'm still gonna eat some things I enjoy, but I'm going to have to treat them like my fireplace; gotta burn it out before you add more. Otherwise you could burn the house down...
