Not too bad after eating 3 chicken tacos for lunch & about a 10 oz. filet (among other things) for dinner. Haven't used the bathroom yet & am about to run.
136.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
