This has been a record week for eating out - dinner out every day. It's really difficult to figure the calories because the restaurants I've had dinner or breakfast at are not "chain" restaurants. Here's hoping for the best.
118.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
