Today I am going to do 15,000 steps and pick a PiYo video. I know I ought to really go to an exercise class tonight, which I may very well do, if my husband is still mad at me.
My weight stayed the same from yesterday. I contribute this to not working out very hard and also for drinking a bottle of wine and having an apple pie with ice cream for desert. It was stinking awesome though.
I did however do 10 minutes of pretty tough ab pilates before bed.
