Back from a camping trip and need to catch up.
Sunday, 3/19 Steps = 13,990
Monday, 3/20 Steps = 13,826
Tuesday, 3/21 Steps = 15,740

This is the first camping trip ever where we ate healthy the entire time. I keep my food diary on paper and made sure I got my steps in everyday. I just loaded all my food info into fatsecret so I have a complete month of tracking.

To be completely honest, camping wasn't quite as fun without all the junk food. I really regret having to admit it, but it's true. No gooey pastries for breakfast, no burgers, chips and cookies for lunch, and no steak dinners with a lot of cocktails, beer and great desserts. I guess it's no surprise why I have been overweight. On the bright side, I wasn't hungry - just not thrilled with the healthy eating bit.

I was supposed to weigh-in today but just got back so I will weigh tomorrow. I'm a little worried that all my efforts will be for nothing. I just found out from the doctor that my big loss last week may have been a result of a medication dosage that wasn't right. Now that it has been changed, I may gain some of that back. I hope not. I am really trying hard and it would be very demoralizing to have a gain tomorrow. I was hoping for a loss.
