Oops! I forgot to weigh myself this morning so I wont have an unofficial weight for today.
I also messed up my Tuesday a bit. I kept it low carb with net carbs of about 70g but I exceeded my calorie target of staying at around 75% of my RDI. This happened because I misjudged my portions and a bit too much of mayo for the day. I ran out of Lite Mayo.
I'll weigh tomorrow morning then decide how to end my week from there :)
