I got the job! I had my first interview on Tuesday w/ the office manager, then a second interview this morning with the 4 attorneys and 2 paralegals and was offered it this afternoon and accepted! I'm very excited. I just graduated with my paralegal certificate in December and I already have a job. I have been working in a law office gaining experience, essentially I assisted the paralegals, and did some paralegal work. Anyway, this is at a law firm in town, but the same distance from home. I'm getting a $7,000 pay increase with the new job, which is very great. I'll be doing worker's comp., and I don't have any experience with that, hope I like it! I start Feb. 6th and can't wait. Now to get all these projects done at my current job before I leave...
I made my 1/20 goal of 123 lbs. I weighed in this morning at 122. I created this excel chart to help keep me motivated: (last 2 colums are lbs. total and lbs from previous week.
*edit* Changed the chart b/c I realized it was set to take off 1.5 each week instead of 1.6. My scale only does even numbers.
