I've been doing very poorly about recording everything for the past two weeks or so, but I've not been overindulging, so that's at least somewhat of a good thing for me. I seem to be losing a pound a week. Even though I didn't record my weight last week, I still weighed myself & was at 149. Now I'm at 148. If only I would stop being so lazy & get out & exercise. I know I'd be much closer to my goal if I did so.
