Tried SWAI for the first time and enjoyed it. Instead of 2 tilapia fillets for dinner (100 cal ea) I swaped out 1 swai fillet (170 cal) and not only found it quite tasty, but a bit more filling since the portion size was bigger. I can get used to it for dinner!

**Also, having Fat Secret available not only on the web but as a phone app has helped TREMENDOUSLY! Its seriously, seriously SO IMPORTANT to put down EVERYTHING and I mean EVERTHING that goes in my mouth. Cheating, and I mean even itty-bitty cheating hurts my goal, and recording everything (even BEFORE I cheat to check calorie count) helps me to decide "do I really WANT that!?". Putting own clothes I haven't worn in 4-6 years feels SO DAMN WONDERFUL! My husband actually thought I went shopping (no, I this blouse has just been hidden in my closet for years). I only wish the apps bar code scanner worked a bit better or that we can ENTER the barcode manually if the scanner doesn't read.
