Yesterday was my fourth meeting out of six, two more meetings to go surgery is gonna come quick. I already lost 24 pounds half way there. gonna keep counting droped my RDI to 2000 cal. I need to do more cardio gonna push it harder this week. looking foward to a thinner future.
