I have started the Ketogenic diet two days ago and I would love to know if anyone else out there is doing this as well?
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 17 March 2017:

Hi Moniz, I started the ketogenic 10 days ago. So far...so good. It has been such a challenge for me to switch mental gears from eating high protein, low fat to Keto. However, I am very pleased. I am enjoying the abundance of energy I now have. Trust me. The 1st 3 days were difficult. Hang in there. It seems to get better.
