I've just been too busy to over eat. Sometimes being lazy helps. My exercise(dancing) is fun and I'm too busy(writing) to venture to the kitchen more than necessary. The downside is becoming dehydrated, but the trick is to keep water with you all the time. Water keeps. None of my favorite snacks do ;) So yeah, it's going well.
