Well, I initially thought I would do Atkins for 2 weeks, maybe 3, and then move onto a different type of diet. I thought losing weight quickly would help me get and stay motivated. It has been 3 weeks and I have lost 7 lbs. I began working out about 2 weeks ago, and in my head I know I'm doing great things for my body, but I feel like I should feel the difference in my clothes, or something?! Now I'm debating sticking with the Atkins awhile more, or switching to WW, or something else. I miss fruit! I miss a slice of peanut butter toast! I even miss oatmeal! What is wrong with me? LOL! I am kind of in a slump I think...not really celebrating what I've accomplished, but worrying if the weight is shedding fast enough? Maybe it's my confidence that is slipping...
