Hey - a very busy last couple of weeks. Two weekends of travel and triathlon officiating assignments aren't the best dietary aids. Made a tactically-smart decision on the surface by having a salad at a fast food joint in Gainesville, FL...which bit me squarely in the behind that evening. "Delhi Belly," "Montezuma's Revenge," "Travelers'..." Well, you get the picture...it's not good, especially when you have to be up on your feet and moving, and alert, and acting in a professional manner for 12 hours at a stretch. And when food is available it's either minimal or minimal. And the exercise is at a lower intensity. Ah, but it's a slow progression in the right direction.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
