Tom is coming and I worked out yesterday so I'm bloated...up 3 lbs since Monday on Atkins induction...yeh, I'm definitely retaining water. My muscles are sore, but I'd love to hit the gym for a bit:-( Will rest today and be back up there tomorrow!
I'm feeling kinda sleepy and considering a nap, but I'm afraid if I nap now I won't sleep well tonight...hmm, I think I'll at least lay down for a bit and watch a little tv or read. Working out has been leaving me feeling great afterwards, but getting exhausted later in the day and feeling tired the next day. I'm looking forward to my body getting used to exercising so I don't get so dang tired! Slowly, but surely it will happen!
