today was pretty good. i had to run to the post office and do a couple errands so instead of driving i walked. it was freezing cold and very windy but i feel better now. then stopped at subway for luch and made lots of changes there. normally i get a 12in monterry chedder sweet onion terriaki barbecue chips and a med. pop but today i got a 6in wheat turkey breast a parfait and a bottle of water. since starting this site last week ive lost 3 lbs. not to bad i think but i wanna see more so i gotta stick to this
