For Breakfast I had scramble eggs with turkey Bacon For Lunch I had a Grilled Chicken Salad and for a snack I made turkey suasage, turkey bacon, califlower and cheese.
For dinner I plan on having steak with beef stock and a small sweet potatoe. Not sure if I am allowed to have sweet potatoe with phase one but a small one couldn't hurt.
