Morning exercise
Yoga: 30 minutes
Bike: 30 minutes

I am doing yoga today instead of the weights because I am very stiff and sore for some reason.
Must have been all the cleaning from yesterday, lol.
Well, not much to do today so I should be able to get this all in!
